- The power of yelling -
start by speaking to Commander Veldaban in draynor village.
he will ask you to search a house for a scroll and bring it back to him.
assuming the location is the same for everybody, the scroll is inside a bookshelf
in the upstairs of the wise old mans house against the south wall.
Once found bring
the scroll back to Veldaban and you will complete the quest, along with unlocking the ::yell command.
